2.1. The Company offers a platform that connects Candidates with potential employers, including hospitals and other healthcare institutions.
2.2. The Company’s services may include, but are not limited to, resume review, interview preparation, job matching, and general guidance on licensure requirements for employment in the United States.
Licensure Guidance
3.1. The Company provides general information regarding the licenses required to work in the United States for specific professions.
3.2. The Company does not guarantee that obtaining any particular license will result in job placement or employment opportunities.
3.3. The information provided is for general guidance only, and Candidates are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements for their desired profession.
Employment Opportunities
4.1. The Company strives to connect Candidates with potential employers and support them throughout the recruitment process. However, securing employment depends on various factors, including employer requirements, licensing, and visa approvals.
4.2. While we aim to facilitate successful job placements, final hiring decisions are solely made by the employer (hospital or other entity). The Company does not control these decisions or their outcomes.
Candidate Responsibilities
5.1. Candidates agree to:
– Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in their applications.
– Ensure that all submitted documents meet the necessary standards and are legally compliant.
– Engage professionally and cooperatively in the recruitment process.
5.2. Failure to Submit Documents: Candidates must provide all required documents, including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, and any additional forms or agreements, along with agreement signatures, within the specified timeframe. If a Candidate fails to do so, the Company will not be held responsible for any lost job opportunities resulting from the delay.
5.3. Professional Conduct: The Company reserves the right to remove Candidates from the recruitment process if they:
– Exhibit unprofessional behavior toward the Company.
– Fail to comply with the conditions outlined in these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:
– A Candidate’s inability to secure employment.
– A Candidate’s termination or loss of employment after securing a job through the Company’s services.
– Any decisions, actions, or policies of employers (hospitals or other hiring entities).
6.2. Changes in U.S. Migration Rules: The Company is not responsible for any sudden changes in U.S. immigration laws, visa policies, or other government regulations that may impact a Candidate’s ability to migrate, obtain work authorization, or proceed with the recruitment process. Such changes are beyond the Company’s control, and Candidates acknowledge that immigration laws are subject to change at any time.
6.3. Candidates acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their career decisions and actions, and the Company assumes no liability for any consequences arising from those decisions.
Governing Law
7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Entire Agreement
8.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and Candidates, superseding all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
Amendments
9.1. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
I consent to receiving emails, phone calls, and automated text messages from Carenest Solutions regarding employment opportunities, job submissions, and updates on my employment with Carenest. Communications will be sent to the phone number(s) and email address(es) I have provided. Please note that phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.

By applying, Candidates confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
